Vincennes University: Center for Technology, Innovation, and Manufacturing

Jasper, Indiana Campus of Vincennes University

The Vincennes University Jasper Campus is a vital part of Indiana’s first college, Vincennes University, a state-supported university founded as Jefferson Academy in 1801.

The VU Jasper Campus is located on a 140-acre site on the southeast side of Jasper. The Center for Technology, Innovation and Manufacturing (CTIM) will be a flagship building for the institution, featuring energy efficient engineering, solar panels, views to the natural landscape, and maximal exposure to daylight. By encapsulating common interior space between other existing buildings, the CTIM will bolster the campus environment at VU Jasper. The facility will provide materials testing for local manufacturing groups, coal mining simulations, CNC labs, CAD labs for drafting and engineering, and logistics labs.
