Dr. Jennifer McCormick has nearly 25 years in public education culminating in serving as State Superintendent of Public Instruction for Indiana the past four years. Jim brings a client-focused approach to Gibraltar Design, which enables him to listen intently and absorb clients’ objectives and needs. Through his hands-on and visionary leadership style, he coordinates the multidisciplinary design, planning and construction of K-12 facilities to achieve these goals. Jim partners with key stakeholders, to build lifelong client relationships.
Joe has 30 years of diverse architectural experience. He is involved at every level of the project process to ensure the client’s objectives are met. Joe is skilled at listening to client needs, expectations, and desires, and translating them into a solution that fits the scope and budget of the project. His pragmatic approach and technical expertise has helped school and community clients define and achieve their goals.
Dale Wagner is a dedicated, results-oriented Project Manager with more than 30 years of experience leading diverse projects. His forward thinking style allows him to maintain continuous alignment of the scope. His communication, leadership, public relations, and problem-solving skills combined with his knowledge of architectural and regulatory codes make Dale an invaluable team leader.
Nichole’s experience encompasses multiple phases of design and project completion. She has 20 years of experience designing spaces that meet and exceed expectations. Her timeless design solutions, bring value to the client’s long-term goals while also listening to clients’ needs and desires to create interesting and functional spaces.
Mike Rossillo joined Gibraltar Design in November 2015 as a Senior Project Manager and brought with him 29 years of professional experience, 24 of those years, specializing in K-12 design. Mike manages projects by leading a multi-disciplinary team from Design Development through Construction phases, while remaining sensitive to the budget. He asserts himself into every aspect of the project, and genuinely treats each client, his most important.

Nichole listens to clients’ needs and desires to create interesting and functional spaces.
