The purpose of the additions and renovations was to enhance the existing high school facility to more comfortably accommodate the needs of the current student body. The additions to the Avon High School include 15 new classrooms as well as science and special needs classrooms. The additions also include the cafeteria and performing arts expansions. The performing arts will serve the needs of the ever-expanding music opportunity for students.
