Crown Point Community School Corporation

The Timothy Ball Elementary School project aims to expand and modernize the school
building to accommodate a growing student body. Key upgrades include new
classrooms, a dedicated Kindergarten area, a gymnasium with a stage, and a secure
main entrance for improved safety. The administration office will be renovated, and

interior spaces will receive updates with new furniture and finishes to create a more
welcoming environment.
This project also improves outdoor areas, while enhancing building systems such as
HVAC, plumbing, and electrical to make the school amenities comfortable year round.
New special programming spaces will support hands-on learning, while flexible
classrooms and labs will enhance collaboration and expand science curriculum
opportunities. This project provides a dynamic, efficient learning environment for both
students and staff.
